What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom perfume bottles?+
Bottles produced from our existing (public) molds carry a standard MOQ of 5,000 pieces. Fully customized products requiring new mold development have a MOQ of 10,000 pieces. Contact us with your design and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your project.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. We provide samples before every bulk order. For existing-mold products, samples are delivered within 15 days - no new tooling required. For fully customized designs, new mold development takes 28-35 days and samples are delivered within 45 days. Sample and courier costs are quoted separately and are often deducted from the bulk order.
What is your production lead time?+
Standard production lead time is 25-35 days after your samples are approved and the deposit is received, depending on quantity, decoration complexity and gift box requirements. Urgent orders can be discussed case by case - WhatsApp us for the fastest response.
Do you offer OEM and ODM perfume bottle manufacturing?+
Yes, both. OEM: we manufacture exactly according to your drawings, samples or technical specifications. ODM: our in-house design team develops the bottle shape, cap, and Arabic calligraphy artwork from your brief, including 3D renderings before tooling.
Do you export to Saudi Arabia, UAE and other GCC countries?+
Yes - the Middle East is our core export market. We regularly ship to Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi in the UAE, as well as Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. We understand GCC market preferences for luxury finishing, gold details and Arabic typography.
Do you manufacture attar and oud perfume bottles?+
Yes. We produce dedicated attar bottle collections including traditional Arabic shapes, roll-on attar bottles and concentrated perfume oil (CPO) bottles, plus oud-style bottles with heavy glass and metallic finishes popular in Gulf markets.
What printing and decoration techniques do you offer on glass bottles?+
Our decoration capabilities include multi-color silk screen printing, hot stamping in gold, silver and rose gold, electroplating and metallization, frosting, embossing/debossing, and UV coating. These can be combined on the same bottle for a luxury layered effect.
Can you produce luxury gift boxes and complete packaging sets?+
Yes. We manufacture magnetic closure rigid boxes, velvet and satin linings, custom EVA or cardboard inserts, and complete gift set assembly - so your bottles, caps and boxes arrive as one matched, retail-ready set.
How do you ensure product quality?+
Every order passes a six-step quality control process: incoming material inspection, in-line production checks, sealing and torque tests, leak testing, final random inspection (AQL), and pre-shipment verification. Photos and videos of your goods can be provided before shipment.
What are your payment terms?+
Our standard terms are T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For established long-term partners, more flexible terms can be discussed. Please confirm the current terms with our sales team when requesting a quote.
Do you ship to Dubai and Jeddah? What are the shipping options?+
Yes. We ship by sea freight to Jebel Ali (UAE) and Jeddah Islamic Port (KSA), by air freight to major GCC airports, and by express courier (DHL/FedEx) for samples and urgent small orders. Quotations are available on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
Can you produce private label fragrance packaging for my brand?+
Yes. Private label is one of our core services: we match the bottle, cap, pump, label and gift box to your brand identity, and can support you from logo design through to finished, shrink-wrapped sets ready for retail.
